WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
You can buy range of size , try the, and send back the kit that don’t fit in a period of 14 days from the date of receipt . In order to return or exchange an order, you must check that it meets the following criteria:
The product must not have been used. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with the packaging of a similar size and capacity. The product must be delivered to our offices within 14 days of receipt of your order.
When sending items for return or exchange the products should be preferably packaged in their original box, and sent by ordinary certified mail to email@example.com. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods.
CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE FULL REFUND?
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Note that you must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which us you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods.
You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).
