By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customers order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and INSOLIT. To guarantee a fast and correct order management, you must request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, please fill in the attached form.
1. Order Request
When the requested products are in stock, the retailer will receive the order within 24-48 hours from the time of confirmation. When the requested products must be produced (stock not available) the retailer will receive the order in 30-40 days.
Minimum order for retail special conditions is 700€
2. Order ConfirmationOnce an purchase order is sent to INSOLIT, the customer will receive a confirmation that must be returned signed to process and fulllfit the order. In case of errors or omissions in the order, INSOLIT reserves the right not to send the product to the customer and, therefore, cancel the order.
3. PaymentPrices does not include VAT. Prices are without shipping or other services that INSOLIT may offer. INSOLIT reserves the right to change prices at any time.
4. Local leviesPlease note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. The product MUST be returned in original packaging with hang tags and other labeling. A purchase can be undone, even though the product has been tested. A product is only tested if the test is beyond what is possible by testing the product in a physical store. If the item is used, a specific assessment will be made of what a used item can be sold at to another consumer. A possible worthy degradation will be imposed on the buyer. Shipments do not include return label, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by INSOLIT. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by INSOLIT.

All products from INSOLIT come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. Any damage caused form misuse or improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty. INSOLIT may decide choose to send a new identical product or refund the payment of damage products in warranty. For warranty claims please contact customer service at info@INSOLIT.CC
INSOLIT sends packages with Zeleris in Spain and DHL to all their international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is e-mailed to the customer upon dispatch from INSOLIT.
INSOLIT is not responsible of the shipping management or delivery times once the order has been delivered to the transport company. INSOLIT will transfer the possible complains to the transport company in the interest of the client. Damage claims from the shipping must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order. Shipping costs vary from country to country and method agreed. INSOLIT reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.
