HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?

Dispatch times are as follows:

* Except for the Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, which can take over 4 days and a bit more expensive depending on the area and the shipping rate you decide.

• Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• The delivery time is between 1 and 7 working days after dispatch
• All orders will be handled the same day if the order was placed before 1 pm Spanish time.
• All orders within EU are shipped with standard courier service or Express delivery service. On Orders received outside EU ( Switzerland, Norway, U.S., Asia etc.) we can ship only with Express delivery service.

NOTE: Any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. INSOLIT will not pay any custom tax.

Delivery days can vary depending on courier problems such as weather problems, or major accidents. Deliveries will be made to any usual place of residence or place of employment located in one of the countries listed at this website. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Once the items have been signed for, they are the responsibility of the consumer. 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Within Spain INSOLIT offers free shipping on all orders above 165€. Orders below 165€ delivered within EU (2-6 working days) will be charged 8€. 

Within EU* INSOLIT offers free shipping on all orders above 165€. Orders below 135€ delivered within EU (3-7 working days) will be charged 15€. 

International free shipping on orders above 273€. Orders below 273€ delivered international (3-5 working days) will be charged 35€.
